1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and fd77 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the fd77 platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on fd77, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the fd77 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

The fd77 platform is intended solely for adult users. Access to and use of fd77 is conditional on meeting all eligibility requirements set out below. fd77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

To use fd77 you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active fd77 account.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on fd77 or any affiliated platform, and not be subject to any court order, government directive, or regulatory decision that prohibits gambling.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name.

fd77 does not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 21 to register or use the platform. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance held pending investigation before a determination is made on whether funds are returned.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on fd77. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different mobile numbers — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. fd77 uses technical measures to detect duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your fd77 login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. fd77 will never ask you to share your password via any communication channel.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify fd77 support immediately.
• Ensuring that the personal details held on your fd77 account remain accurate and up to date. Notify fd77 promptly if any registered details change.
• Not sharing access to your fd77 account with any other person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

fd77 implements SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, you remain responsible for the security of your own device and login credentials. fd77 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security on your end.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

fd77 processes all player deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh-based mobile financial services. No international payment methods, credit cards, debit cards, or bank wire transfers are accepted or processed. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless a limit has been set by the player under responsible gaming tools.
• Deposits must originate from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing wallet is registered to a different person — are not permitted.
• fd77 reserves the right to request verification of the source of deposited funds as part of standard due-diligence procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.
• Deposits credited to your fd77 balance in error must be reported to support immediately and cannot be used. fd77 will reverse any erroneously credited amounts upon discovery.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. fd77 does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or accounts under a different name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. fd77 may request a copy of a government-issued identification document before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined by fd77.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for bonus-specific conditions.

fd77 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of requests and the mobile wallet service used. fd77 does not guarantee same-day processing in all circumstances but aims to complete standard withdrawals within Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

fd77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses, free spin offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are governed by the general conditions in this section and by the specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

General bonus conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per mobile wallet number, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• fd77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void bonus-derived winnings, and suspend the associated account if fd77 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, structured wagering designed to exploit rollover terms, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual offer terms. Unused bonus funds and free spins that are not activated or wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically cancelled without compensation.

fd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any change to an ongoing promotion will be communicated via the platform. It is the player's responsibility to read the current terms of any promotion before participating.

6. Responsible Gaming

fd77 is an entertainment platform. Gambling is intended to be enjoyable. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic. fd77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until the existing limit period has elapsed.
• Session time reminders: players may configure notifications that alert them when a defined play session duration has been reached.
• Self-exclusion: players may request a temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion from fd77. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fd77 and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts on fd77, including accounts opened by proxy or on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing platform rules.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker-style games, deliberate loss-making to transfer value between accounts, and coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.
• Using the fd77 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity. fd77 may report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a platform error will be voided. Players who discover a bug or error are required to report it to support immediately.

fd77 reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction that appears to involve a prohibited activity. During an investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals placed on hold. fd77's determination following an investigation is final.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fd77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the proprietary property of fd77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content from the fd77 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the express written permission of fd77.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. fd77 operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of provider content.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

fd77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following are examples of circumstances that may lead to account action:

Grounds for account action include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age requirements, prohibited activities, or account security obligations.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, or failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that fd77 believes may expose it to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under the self-exclusion programme.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and wagering-requirement-locked funds) will generally be returned to the player via the registered mobile wallet, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. fd77's determination of the final account balance is binding.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fd77 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the fd77 platform, including losses arising from: technical failures or service interruptions; errors in game software provided by third-party providers; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing; decisions made on the basis of information provided on the platform; or any reliance placed on the availability or accuracy of platform content.

fd77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and third-party network disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. fd77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but does not guarantee any specific uptime level.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

fd77 collects and processes personal data provided during registration and through your use of the platform. The manner in which fd77 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data is described in full in the fd77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Players are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

12. Amendments to These Terms

fd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fd77 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the platform or registered contact details. The amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the fd77 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using fd77 and may close your account by contacting support.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of fd77 or from these Terms, fd77 encourages players to first contact the support team to seek an informal resolution. fd77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
